Vinal & Vinal, P.C. is a plaintiffs' personal injury and civil litigation law firm in Western New York. We work in State Supreme Court representing people injured in car crashes, falls, work and site accidents. We work for people who have claims against insurance companies, for crime victims, for those who are hurt and unable to work, we work for widows and children who have lost their loved one.
Vinal & Vinal, P.C. has an active No-Fault practice representing medical providers, injured people referred by other personal injury firms, as well as our own clients, in obtaining No Fault benefits wrongfully denied.

Almost all our work is by referral. There are 20 lawyers and firms in Western New York who refer us their clients who have a personal injury claim or insurance claim.

Our goal is to put things right to the full extent of the law. We understand that an injury can affect every aspect of a person's life and the person's family, as well as the medical providers who treat the injured person. We assist our client with every aspect from the law suit to the No Fault and other insurance issues.

Jeanne M. Vinal, Esq., was born and raised in Western New York, graduating from Sacred Heart Academy, and then obtaining a dual degree in Economics and Philosophy from Colgate University where she was awarded a George Cobb Fellowship for Community Service.

Jeanne graduated from SUNY at Buffalo Law School, cum laude (with honors) in 1989. Since graduation, she has practiced law in Western New York.

Jeanne and Greg Vinal started Vinal & Vinal, P.C. in 1994 after spending five years working at two local firms.

Jeanne Vinal is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association (now the American Association for Justice), New York State Trial Lawyers, Western New York Trial Lawyers, and the Erie County Bar Association. She serves on the Board of Stella Niagara Educational Park and is a member of the erie County Democratic committee and has served on the Board of Literacy Volunteers of Western New York and the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York as well as the Western New York Chapter of the Women’s Bar Association, where she served as Treasurer.

Olivia Mullen, Esq. Attorney at Law in Buffalo, NY

Associate Attorney

Olivia Mullen became an associate with the firm in March 2023. Born and raised in Ohio outside of Akron on a horse-farm, she broke tradition in her family which was generations of chiropractors and had decided to go into biology. Her first choice of college changed when she lost her father after a long illness, so she stayed closed to home at Kent State obtaining a BS in Organismal Biology with a minor in entrepreneurship. . At the end of her time, a professor told Olivia that she should go to law school given her intellect and communication ability. Olivia took her advice and went to law school, where she graduated with high honors. She was awarded the Akron Bar Foundation Scholarship, the McDowell Scholarship, and the Spain Memorial Scholarship. She made law review and was assistant editor and then articles editor. She was also named the Academic Success Program Torts Fellow. In addition to academic excellence and recognition, she excelled in leadership and was the Student Bar association president, the Law Association for Women president and Student Admissions Ambassador. To say she had a successful undergraduate and law school career is an understatement.

She graduated from Letchworth High School and then attended Genesee Community College where she earned an AAS in Legal Studies. She went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree from Buffalo State College in Political Science and was the Raymond P. Stone Award recipient. She is certified in medical terminology and medical billing and coding.

She worked at Legal Aid in Batavia, New York and then for over a decade in defense-sided litigation before coming to Vinal & Vinal, PC. She has been with the firm since 2013. Jen has been a Notary Public in New York since 1995 and has her New York State Real Estate License. Jen has over 25 years' experience as a paralegal and is knowledgeable in all areas of civil litigation, Social Security, and No-Fault.

Arya is a recent graduate of Buffalo Academy of the Sacred Heart where she excelled in and out of the classroom and graduated on the Honor Roll. She currently attends Erie County Community College studying business. Arya has been with us since May of 2021. She has a passion for helping individuals with their given needs and appreciates the work she does for our clients as a No Fault Coordinator here with us at Vinal & Vinal, PC!

Legal Assistant

Mary joined our team in February of 2022. She is efficient, knowledgeable, and eager to help! Mary is a recent alumna of Buffalo Academy of the Sacred Heart where she achieved Honor Roll each year, performed over 250 hours of service within our Buffalo community, was a member of National Honors Society, played field hockey, and the list goes on. Mary is continuing her education at University at Buffalo studying International Business on a Pre Law tack. She is fluently bilingual in both English and Arabic and can serve as a translator for any clients who may need it. Mary's knowledge, care, and drive makes her a very valuable member to our legal team.

Medical Records Coordinator

Clare graduated from Amherst central high school with two years of nursing experience and then attended SUNY Geneseo to study biology. She worked as a medical records clerk at Adult Medical Services and she is currently studying at Erie County Community College with the expectation to expand her knowledge in the medical field. She started working here in February of 2022 and since then has grown an appreciation for the community and helping others.
